-: Objekt koji je prikazan na slikama nije niti blizu onog što će vas dočekati kad preuzmete objekt. Pokraj objekta, to jest u dvorištu vašeg objekta se nalazi gradilište, a o čistoći je suvišno komentirati. Od ulaska u apartman pod je prekriven mrljama, dlakama od prijašnjih gostiju, prašina posvuda, wc pun kamenca, gljivica i pljesni, kauč u boravku prekriven bojom za zid, dvorište puno smeća, prljavštine i ljudskih dlaka. Ležaljke za sunce su također bile šporke i skorene od ranijih korištenja i krema za sunce. Jacuzzi sa slika se nalazi na krovu objekta i potrebno je izaći iz objekta kako bi se došlo do njega i okoliš oko istog je poprilično šporak. Za vrijeme boravka čistaći su dolazili u room service te bi se isti u dvorištu odmarali, pušili i uživali dok bi gosti bili pokraj ili u apartmanu do dok su na primjer mogli nešto i počistiti. Nadalje, vlaga se osjeti u cijelom objektu.

+: Perfect spot, clean room, knowledgeable staff

+: Fantastic location right in the heart of the island. Tasteful traditional houses. The staff was really helpful.

-: Couldn’t sit outside as we had photographers and girls in dresses all the time being photographed , hot tubs were too hot , room was in need of a lot of updating , sunbeds all stained x electric socket hanging off wall. And lots of stains all over the floor , no lights going up the steps outside , and a building site on the left ,

+: The location is excellent

-: but not quite meeting my expectations given the cost to stay. Drains in the bathroom were very slow. Sometimes the water pressure would be too low, I’d have to hold the button of the shower head to be able to bathe. Also, the door handle of the front door kept falling off. Luckily I could still use the door. The place needs some attention.

+: l’équipe est très agréable et très réactive. ils ont pris le temps de m’expliquer toutes les activités à faire sur place et l’histoire de Santorin et de son. volcan. Ils ont aussi été très réactif lors de mes questions et appels. la location au cœur d’Imerovigli et face à la mer est juste exceptionnelle !

-: il y a eu un problème de Climatisation qui coulait sur le lit mais dès le lendemain ils ont pu réparer la fuite. le seul point négatif c’est la salle de bain qui n’est pas dans un super état. Après dans les habitations creusées sous la roche il parait que c’est normal.
