+: отличное расположение, в самом центре. шикарное здание отеля. вежливый персонал -: было холодно. в номере воздушный нагреватель, но он сушит воздух и мешает спать.завтрак очень средний. бумажные сосиски, дешевый кофе…номера уже потрепанные.

+: Великолепное размещение отеля. Шикарный вид с окна. Ужины разнообразные, есть всегда рыба и 2 вида мяса, фрукты, салаты, гарниры и десерт. Кровать удобная. -: Завтраки однообразные, если не есть яйца то тогда остаётся есть хлеб. В номере очень темно. Уборка оставляла дилатометра лучшего. Отель требует ремонт. Ванна настолько старая, что ее даже красили. С вторника по воскресение орет музыка под окнами до 23-23:30. Если хочется лечь пораньше то не получится. Очень не удобная подушка.

+: Довольно милый отель в центре Опатии. Видимо после ремонта, тк все свежее и чистое. В номерах есть балконы с прекрасным видом на город и море. Что то во всем этом есть от Лазурного берега. При отеле симпатичное кафе. -: Парковка в отеле стоит дороже, чем городская (или частная буквально за углом).

+: Персонал старался помочь всегда.Тусовка, живая музыка, дорога к морю, через Ботанический сад.. -: Сначала не работал кондиционер, правда, сразу переселили. Размер номера маловат... Столпотворение народа на завтрак, Неуспевающие официанты, их мало. Хотел остаться на 2 дня, но ценник вырос до 280евро!!!
