+: Расположение - удобное. Не самый центр, но кому актуально - ЖД вокзал 100 м от гостиницы. Поездов не слышно, так, что это не минус. -: Во-первых - отношение к клиенту. Лифт вечер заселения не работал, ну да, можно понять - бывает. Но дать номер на последнем этаже, когда нужно тащить на верх тяжёлые чемоданы, это уже сверх. Помощь не была предложена, а наоборот - ну, вы же не слабенькие - тащите.

+: Отличный отель. Очень уютный, близко к вокзалу. Очень легко дойти пешком до центра. Вежливый персонал. Нас заселили раньше назначенного времени на пару часов. Очень вкусные завтраки

+: Расположение хорошее, завтраки тоже вполне нормальные. В номере нет чайника, но если попросить предоставляют на все время прибывания. -: Отель старый и номера требуют ремонта. В номере не предоставляется вода. Шкаф очень маленький. Из средств гигиены только мыло и в душе бутылка геля для тела и волос, что не приемлемо для гостей женщин.

+: Завтрак, включённый в стоимость, на высоте. -: Можно было бы и смазать двери. Ночью в туалет сходить так, чтоб все не проснулись, невозможно.

+: Будьте внимательны! Адрес в букинге с реальным не совпадает! лучше вводить сразу в навигаторе название гостиницы. Минус, что нет своего ресторана и если приезжаешь с ребёнком то надо идти искать где его покормить) еще все очень слышно

+: местоположение - прям у железнодорожного вокзала, в пешей доступности от барных улочек и центра. хороший персонал -: все простенько и к сожалению нет сейфа в номере… хотя это же *** - может я и придираюсь )

+: Хорошее расположение гостиницы, в номере очень удобная кровать (и в общем в номере комфортно) , вкусный завтрак. В целом довольна проживанием. 15 минут пешком до автобусной станции. -: На батареях была пыль, но в остальном в номере чисто. Я так поняла, что в некоторых номерах можно курить - в ванной тянуло запахом сигарет (возможно, из вытяжки), но это было 1 раз.
