+: Все было супер, отель находится в центре Опатии, мы не лежали на пляже, много путешествовали, заказали экскурсии в дини турс , очень все понравилось. Очент хороший и отзывчивый персонал , особенно Бранка нам понравилась. Хорогий завтрак и вид из окна. Отличные рестораны рядрм , ружмарин очень понравился. Рекомендуем все этот отель. -: Все ок

+: хороший отель с чудесным видом из окна . -: завтрак - очень и очень скромный , заказанный омлет принесли минут через 15 ( видимо забыли ). на столах ничего не было , пока мы не увидели , что соседям принесли тарелку нарезки , при нас как то просто забыли видимо . сантехника оставляет желать лучшего .

+: В центре! Вид с балкона! -: Завтрак, ужасный! На летнее площадке где можно позавтракать , кормят глубей ! Ужасно грязно ! Территория не ухожена! Женщина которая работает на кухне, сама и кормит этих голубей! Отель Mozart не соответствует 5*! Максимум 3*+ !

+: Круасаны, расположение. -: Отель, конечно, не 5*. 3*+ скорее всего. Первый отель в котором так плохо шел телевизор. В ванной помыться невозможно нормально. Есть 2 варианта:1. ты зальешь весь пол в ванной, потому как ограждающее стеклышко не выполняет своей функции. 2. забиться в уголок и повернуться к стеночке)) Держатели для полотенец прямо над унитазом, воспользоваться биде не возможно, т.к. в притык стоит полотенцесушитель. Кровать скрипит при каждой попытки встать с нее. Завтрак нормальный. Круасаны вкусные). Ужин по меню, которое ты заказываешь с утра: рыбное или мясное. Еда на ужин просто ужасная. Ну как так можно портить продукты? Я сама просто шеф-повар с мишленовскими звездами по сравнению с этой готовкой)) Из персонала только Edy на рецепшене и еще одна женщина-болндинка (имени не знаю) из ресторана действительно хорошо работают. +: Опатия- необыкновенна! Море восхитительно! Хотелось фотографировать каждое здание. Отель очень удобно расположен к городскому пляжу на первой линии. Персонал приветливый. В отеле тихо. Удивительно, что пляж близко. А отдыхающих людей в купальниках и плавках не видно, при том отель полностью забронирован. -: Не понравилось что у номера по под дня лежало грязное постельное белье! Это ну ооочень удивило!!! Я такого ещё не видела! Грязное белье на полу я и дома не кидаю. Надо бы как то решить эту проблему. Ведь это отель пять звезд
