+: Тихое и очень зелёное место на берегу моря. Большая бесплатная парковка. -: Старый отель. Всё функционирует. Наверное отель ждёт своего капитального ремонта.

+: второй раз останавливаюсь тут и очень доволен соснами, местом, романтическими бухтами, магазин рядом, питание и номера отличные! пешком рекомендую гулять направо далеко на полуостров Стоя, а когда после дождя то аккуратнее по ступенькам к морю спускайтесь, лучше рядом по тропе -: рекомендация - табличка нужна с указанием где Детская площадка на территории слева, я случайно её заметил, и лавочек несколько ещё надо на территории

+: Нас заселили в свежеотремонтированный номер на 3 этаже с видом на сосновый парк. Очень удобные кровати, мы отлично высыпались. Санузел тоже со свежим ремоном. В номере чисто, тихо и уютно. Кондиционирование работало хорошо, но жары особой уже не было, на улице было +27 и система кондиционирования справлялась хорошо. Завтраки неплохие: яичница, вареные яйца, йогурты, хлопья с молоком, сосиски, ветчина, колбаса, сыр, чай, кофе, пирог разного вида. Вобщем, завтраки нас устроили. Персонал на ресепшене выше всяких похвал, отличный персонал и в столовой отеля, и в баре. Недалеко от отеля, минутах в пяти ходьбы, приятный пляж. Сам отель расположен минутах в 20-30 от центра Пулы. Нам все очень понравилось!

+: Понравился персонал, питание в ресторане отеля отличное, за это конечно огромное спасибо. -: В номерах было не опрятно, пыль за неделю вытерали 1 раза.

+: красивая природа, пляж, хвоя -: отель напоминает советский дом отдыха. Не работал кондиционер, неприятный запах из ванной. И очень не хватает холодильника или минибара в номере, в отелях подобного класса обычно они есть
