Located in a quiet area of Zadar, Hotel Kolovare offers air-conditioned rooms with a balcony. On the seaside promenade Lungomare, which is located near the hotel, you can walk to the historic center of Zadar in 15 minutes.

All rooms offer free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The private bathrooms have a bathtub, a hairdryer and free toiletries.

+: Хорошее расположение, море через дорогу, отель на первой линии. Находится недалеко от центра. Хороший завтрак. -: Цена не соответствует качеству (сильно завышена), отель не заслуживает четырех звезд! Максимум 3 звезды! Отель старый требует ремонта, мебель старая. Мы были двое суток и за это время номер ни разу не убрали, несмотря на то, что вешали табличку с просьбой убрать номер. В номере плохо работал Wi-Fi.

+: Очень удачное местоположение. Море в двух шагах от отеля. На территории бассейн с морской водой и лежаки. Старый город в 15 минутах ходьбы от отеля. Есть большая парковка. -: Номера убраны не очень качественно. Завтрак очень однообразный. Нет свежих фруктов.

+: Свежий ремонт номера. Тёплый, солёный бассейн. -: Номер не готов ко времени заселения. Странные трубы в ванной комнате. Ужасно грязные коридоры. Грязные диваны в холле. Нет полотенец около бассейна(пришлось искать их где-то в подвале самому, и одно из двух оказалось порванным).

+: Мы останавливались всего на ночь, так как цель поездки была не пляжный отдых. Удобное расположение на первой линии, до старого города пешком минут 10-12. У отеля есть парковка! -: Очень шумно ночью ( номер на первом этаже), сам отель выглядит как советский, старенький.
