+: Нам понравилось расположение Отеля. Отель возле моря это классно. Мы делали массаж в Отеле тоже хорошо. -: Если честно на четыре звезды не тянет. Еда пойдёт. Выбор небольшой но вкусно. Напитки все с автоматов которые не мешало бы почистить. Анимация тоже неочень.

+: В этом Отеле все что они предлагают есть. All Inclusive - достаточно Хороший для Хорватии. Я был с женой и ребенком 2 года. Для ребенка есть игровая комната и воспитатели. Отдохнули хорошо. Отдых чисто европейский, спокойный. -: Не смотря что забронировал отель через booking, как я приехал на место, мне нужно было уменьшить на 2 дня отдых. по обстоятельствам. и они мне отказали. сказали, либо отказывайся от бронирования и иди в другой отель, либо Отдыхай тут. И когда я рассчитывался деньгами за отель, я приготовил евро наличные как писало мне в booking, но руководство отеля отправили меня менять деньги на хорватские куны, я потратил целых 40 минут чтоб поменять деньги. для такой ситуации руководство обязано писать на своей страницы booking в какой валюте с ними рассчитаться и как.

Обслуживание персонала слабое, консьержи очень плохо работают, надо за ними ходить, чтобы убрались и положили все гигиенические принадлежности в ванной комнате, полотенца т постельное белье в пятнах и дырявые, плохо простиранные. В комнате пропала шляпа моего мужа и персонал никак не реагировал на это!Завтраки ужасные, не возможно есть.Мы поэтому решили выехать раньше указанной даты, выехали 28.06.18, вместо 01.07.18 и нам в ресепшне не вернули разницу за 4 ночи, сказали букинг вернёт, хотя я оплачивала на месте, и они почему-то с моей Евро Карты сняли в долларах, хотя цена в Букингемском указана была в евро. Мой мужперед вылетом из дома специально пополнил свою мультивалютную карту в евро и тут они за переконвертацию сняли деньги
