+: Завтрак и ужин были отличными) Несмотря на то, что отель предназначен для семей с детьми и домашними питомцами, на территории было очень чисто. Персонал быстро и профессионально решал любые просьбы и вопросы. Расположение очень удачное, пешком по красивейшей набережной можно добраться за 20 минут до центра Опатии) Все понравилось, рекомендуем отель для семей!

+: Отель на берегу моря.Вид с номеров шикарный. Еда вкусная. Батуты в море. Потрясающий панарамный бассейн. -: Отсутствие нормального входа в море, с пирса по лестнице, забитые шезлонги- нужно занимать в 7 утра.

+: Очень понравилось местоположение. Великолепный вид из окна. -: Персонал совершенно не понравился. В первый день просила дважды утюг, сказали, чтобы ожидала. Уехали через 4 дня, но не дождалась утюг. За завтраком просила кофе и кашу малышу. Также, как с утюгом))). При выселение просила помочь с чемоданами. Прождала около получаса и решила, что история с ожиданием может повторится.

+: Большие , достаточно новые номера. -: Уборка номеров в отеле начинается в 7 утра! Каждое утро будили в 7 утра уборщицы шумом своих тележек и пылесосом. Это неуважение и наплевательское отношение к отдыхающим. Не хватало лежаков у бассейна и у моря. В итоге приходилось ругаться на ресепшн. При стоимости ночи на тот момент в районе 1000 евро за ночь, такое недопустимо. Народу в отеле очень много, территория маленькая, еда на 3.
