+: Недалеко от метро. Рядом есть супермаркеты, и всякий общепит восточного толка. В номере есть чайник, холодильник, кондиционер. В номере тепло, хотя на улице было холодно. Полотенца меняют каждый день. Завтрак традиционный-нарезки, сосиски, яйца, мюсли, только нет каши и горячего гарнира. -: Все немного поломано. Лейка в душе течёт во все строны, убирают не очень хорошо, видны следы недотертой пыли на полках. Оказалось, что нет фена, наверное, можно было спросить на ресепшене. Окна выходят только во внутренний крытый двор, из-за этого немного душно, и если оставить окна открытыми, то звук и запах завтрака не дадут поспать. Завтрак накрывают тоже во внутреннем дворе.

+: Приветливый персонал. Недалеко от зеленой ветки метро, там же небольшой парк. -: Грязно. Пыль. Полотенце с Черными волосами. Постель не новая, в дырках, стоит заменить.

+: Недорогой. Месторасположение. Завтрак -: Номерной фонд старый, требует ремонта. Окна номеров выходят во внутренний атриум, в связи с чем есть проблемы с воздухом.
