+: Отель расположен на тихой улочке буквально в двух шагах от центральной улицы Vaci , почти везде ходили пешком, в 5 минутах ходьбы остановка шатла 100E в аэропорт, через дорогу центральный рынок и популярный паб For sale. Номер небольшой, но очень удобный со всеми нужными туристу мелкими дополнениями (тапочки. ложка для обуви, косметические ...), очень чисто, вкусные завтраки. улыбчивый персонал - все отлично. -: чистые, но довольно "пожившие" полотенца

+: Начну с того, что отель расположен в самом центре, что очень удобно. Всё находится в пешей доступности. Завтраки, чистота и удобства соответствуют стоимости! Очень хочется отметить персонал на ресепшене, несмотря на то, что мы приехали в 10:30 утра с большими коробками и багажом , а стандартное поселение в 14:00, девочки предоставили номер комплиментарно с ранним заездом и с огромным удовольствием. Портье помог с багажом и провел в номер. Были нюансы, которые решились достаточно быстро благодаря профессионализму персонала. Также, было очень приятно, что персонал доверяет своим гостям…

+: Хорошее месторасположение, приветливый персонал, чистый и уютный номер. Принесли сразу после просьбы гладильную доску и утюг и не забирали до самого отъезда. Номер был прям у лифта но это никак не помешало и не было шума -: Номер немного маловат, вдвоём нет места в ванной комнате, фен слабоват, мало салфеток в ванной комнате, в двух местном номере с одной кроватью дают два маленьких одеяла, завтраки только с 7 утра( так что если у вас ранний отъезд, то на завтрак не попадёте)

+: Ужасный просто, сняли двойную оплату, деньги никто не вернул, прошёл уже почти месяц. Бронировала для своей мамы, сначала списали с моей карточки, потом заставили ее оплатить с её карточки на месте. Букинг не отвечает, ничего не делает. Просто мошенничество -: Делают вид что не понимают, не знаю куда обращаться и что делать даже. Где искать справедливость

+: Хорошее место расположения, рядом Центральный рынок, набережная. -: 1. Номера далеки от картинок, которые указаны. Номера давно не обновлялись. 2. При бронировании через Booking в комментариях я указал «будем поздно с маленьким ребёнком, прошу Вас подготовить кроватку для малыша». Приезжаем в 2 ночи, кроватка стоит не собрана, рядом на полке лежит постельное детское белье. Начали сами собирать кроватку, она сломана, попросили заменить. Но дальше уже энтузиазм собирать «лего-кроватку» пропал и мы положили ребёнка спать в коляске. 3. Номер был на 5ом этаже, сеть Wi-Fi не дотягивает абсолютно. 4. Мы проспали до 12, после гуляли по городу до вечера. Прийдя в номер, обнаружили, что его не убрали. Как итог, сервиса за оплаченные мною деньги я не прочувствовал, отель не рекомендую. Переночевать можно, но не более.
