+: Персонал дружественный,вежливый,внимательный.Питание достаточно разнообразное,но лично для меня не хватало больше видов рыбы.У нас был завтрак и ужин, в целом всё хорошо.Очень дорогие напитки,которые не входили в полупансион,особенно пиво. , -: Официанты на ужин предлагали вино и пиво, но нигде не было прейскуранта цен.Пиво или бокал простого вина оказались немыслимо дорогими 5-7 евро за бутылкубокал.

+: «питание», «завтрак» -: При входе на ужин я встретился с ситуацией когда швейцар обратился ко мне ,я набирал еду в тарелке,и сделал мне замечание я считаю не уважительно --Указав пальцем на мою футболку с короткими рукавами ___Завтра приди в приличной одежде--Во первых многие приходят так как хотят -Я не голубой которым все можно ---Второе -Обращайтесь к людям Сэр или господин --Если человек уже не молодой и ему тяжело обслуживать людей идите на пенсию --Извините но это что мне не понравилось К стате не в одной стране мира где я был я не встречался с такими претензиями к людям в зоне обедов

+: В этом отеле останавливаемся уже второй раз. Все превосходно. При заезде выяснилось, что не работают термалы. Но нам были предоставлены бесплатные талоны на посещение озера. и это было приятным бонусом. Работники лечебного отделения и рецепшена очень внимательны и приятны.Отдельное спасибо всему персоналу ресторана. Шеф-повар каждый день удивлял разнообразием приготовленных блюд-мясо,рыба, курица, индейка. Разнообразные гарниры. Все было очень вкусное. Официанты очень внимательны. В ресторане всегда была приятная атмосфера при наличие большого количества отдыхающих гостей. По воскресеньям подается венгерское шампанское! Ensana Thermal Hévíz нам с вами очень комфортно!

+: все было на высоте! и басейны и еда ! и персонал! everything was top notch! pools and food! and staff! -: ужин!!! нигде не написано что можно только одну бутылку на чел. и самому не брать! а все питье убирают!!у нас даже в сумке рылся старший из за бутылки стоимостью меньше доллара!!ужас!!!низко! dinner!!! It doesnt say anywhere that you can only have one bottle per person. and dont take it! and all the drink is taken away !! we even had a senior rummaging through our bag because of a bottle worth less than a dollar !! horror !!!low!
