+: Только расположение, но и это спорный вопрос так как номера выходят на оживленную улицу и если Вы планируете выспаться , знайте) это не получится -: Грязь на стенах, отсутствие кондиционера, мыла, и туалетной бумаги.

+: Засенение 247 -: Не те номера что бранировали. Обещеной бооольшой кровати мы так и не увидели Чистота это не их конёк. В номере грязно и даже не удосужились проверить унитаз. В одном номере он не работал во втором ктото забыл смыть за собой. Обслуживание на нуле. Дали ключ он номера и на этом всё. С утра никого на ресепшене нету.

+: Хороший персонал. -: Отель в ужасном состоянии. Фото на сайте не соответствует. В номерах грязно, ужасный запах и всё сломано, нет кондиционера.

-: ПО ПРИЕЗДУ ГОСТИНИЦА БЫЛА ЗАКРЫТА НЕСМОТРЯ НА ТО ЧТО Я ЗАРАНЕЕ ПРЕДУПРЕДИЛ О ВРЕМЕНИ ПРИЕЗДА ! ПОСЛЕ ПОСТОЯННОГО СТУКА В ВХОДНУЮ ДВЕРЬ ЧЕРЕЗ 10 МИНУТ ВЫШЛА ПРИСЛУГА И СКАЗАЛА ЧТО НЕТ НИКОГО. НА ВОПРОС КОГДА БУДЕТ КТО НИБУДЬ ИЗ АДМИНИСТРАТОРОВ МНЕ ОТВЕТИЛИ ЧТО НЕ ИЗНАЮТ ! Я ПРЕДУПРЕДИЛ ЧТО ОТМЕНЯЮ СВОЮ РЕЗЕРВАЦИЮ И СЧИТАЮ ЭТО ПРОСТО НЕПОЗВОЛИТЕЛЬНЫМ ИНЦИДЕНТОМ !

+: Только местоположение отеля -: Что при заселении, что при выселении. Никого нету на ресепшене. Указанный номер не работает, и соответственно возможности позвонить, чтобы подошли - нет. Номера старые, непонятно, то ли они грязные, то ли уже так выглядят.Если у Вас стоит выбор между этим отелем или хостелом, то однозначно за такую сумму можно найти новый хостел.

+: Центр города, персонал приветливый -: Отель похож на хостел, ТВ не работает, вишенка на торте -это окна, которые почти вываливаются, отель находится на оживленной дороге, поэтому поспать совсем не удалось

+: Расположение отличное. Именно из-за этого выбрали этот отель + туалет и душ в номере. Но огромный минус - не было теплой воды. -: Холодная вода в душе, нет тапочек, не очень чисто и в целом номер немного в истасканном состоянии.
