+: Для отеля 4 звезды с лечебной базой , всё хорошо. Персонал доброжелательный , всегда шёл на контакт. Если нужно что-то было поменять в процедурах , проблем небыло. -: За десять дней практически небыло Венгерской кухни, а в описании её прописывали? Очень много народу в ресторане в любое время. Мне нехватило какой-то вечерней анимации и экскурсий.

+: Очень уютный и хороший отель ! прекрасные отремонтированные номера, хороший Велнес, СПА и лечебница!! в ресторане хорошее питание и обслуживание, на Рецепшен очень приветливый персонал! Приезжаем на лечение в этот отель уже пятый раз ! И я думаю еще не раз приедем! Спасибо!

+: Не первый раз в Хевизе, выбрал очередной новый, расположен вроде бы не близко, но для приятной прогулки 7-10 минут отлично( Лотус еще дальше, какими то тропами идти..)Чистый новый номер, спать удобно, персонал доброжелателен, Татьяна на ресепшен всегда готова помочь -: Сравнивая с другими отелями есть минусы, персонал вторым языком считает немецкий, на английский округляют глаза ( кроме ресепшен) Еда показалась скудной и не разнообразной, столовский вариант, кофе просто жесть..Ну и конечно засилие немецко-австрийских пенсионеров, шум гам песни игры, в других отелях так не бросалось в глаза.
