One of the best options chosen by us in the city of Budapest. Mercure Budapest City Center is located on the famous Vaci Street in the heart of Budapest, a 2-minute walk from the Danube River. +: В Будапеште бываю часто, в этом году останавливаюсь в отеле четвертый раз. Отель достаточно приличный. Хорошее месторасположение. Приличный европейский завтрак. Всегда было комфортно, но не в этот раз -: Зная что рядом с отелем стройка, я сразу попросил чтобы номер выходил на другую сторону. Спасибо персоналу - номер дали. Всегда заказываю один тип номера, но в этот раз в номере не оказалось кофеварки, тапочки и халаты пришлось выпрашивать. Замена фасованных туалетных принадлежностей на так называемые экологические (фактически просто налили шампунь и гель для душа в большие емкости) привело к тому, что в ванной пропал бальзам для волос, шапочки для душа, прочая необходимая мелочь как-то палочки для ушей и тампоны для протирания лица. За два дня пребывания в номере не убрали. Вернувшись вечером и увидев, что номер не убран, попросил заменить полотенца, по итогу вместо замены четыре принести два, так и оставил старые валятся в ванной. Не понимаю что произошло с отелем. +: Завтрак был вполне -: Соотношение цены и качества очень плохое , не было паркоместа как оказалось машина стояла не на территории отеля , соседний ресторан обложил ее мусором 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ 184 евро за комнату в 18 квадратов , мне кажется это очень дорого

+: Нам понравилось местонахождение- главный плюс отеляВ номере чисто, завтрак разнообразный, приветливый персонал, безопасная и крытая парковка. -: Маленькая ванна, плохое освещение. Мы попросили сделать check out позже на полчаса, но ровно в 12:00 карта для использования лифта была заблокирована, и нам пришлось бегать по отелю в поисках персонала, потому что идти пешком с 6 этажа с чемоданами не очень удобно. Трудно было найти комнату с завтраками, в отеле 3 лифта и только один привезёт нас в комнату с завтраками,до этого мы потратили 20 минут на поиски.
