+: Хорошое расположение, хороший завтрак и отзывчивый персонал. -: К сожалению очень грязно в номере и плохая уборка, номер требует косметического ремонта

+: удобное расположение, напротив отеля станция метро и куча транспорта. рядом с отелем остановка экскурсионного автобуса. Отель красивый, здание историческое. Очень удобные кровати. Хорошие завтраки, дают шампанское. При ранее выезде собирают завтраки с собой(сок, 2 вкусных бутерброда, батончик, яблоко). В номере есть все необходимое, можно приготовить кофе, так как есть кофеварка. Кофе пополняли, а чай нет, и было мало сахара. Перед заездом снимают с карты залог 30000 форентов. Персонал приветливый -: ооочень медленные администраторы на рецепции. Не хватает внутренней коммуникации, при раннем выезде заказывал завтраки с собой, договорились на 3 утра забрать их на рецепции. Утром новый администратор не знал про них, хорошо, что на кухне проверил и нашёл. Не пополняйся пакетированный чай в номере.

+: разрешено размещение с питомцами- это плюс. Персонал пошёл на встречу , поменяли нам номер и дали электрический обогреватель, т.к. в предыдущем было очень холодно. И поскольку замена произошла на менее комфортный номер, не взяли денег за парковку автомобиля. -: В номерах холодно. И тот, который нам заменили, просто меньше по площади и плюс обогреватель ( хотя он очень маленький, чтобы справляться с теми объёмами) сделали своё дело, было чуть теплее, но всё равно не комфортно. Полотенца, халаты «уставшие», вид не свежий, тапочек нет. На ковролине в углах пыль. В первом номере был сильный запах канализации, хотя он заявлен, как двухкомнатный полулюкс. И вообще, от всего отеля ощущение, что за чистотой не очень следят. Лобби бар , он же и ресторан, не уютный, и работает как то странно . Поздно открывается и рано закрывается. Ну и близость жд вокзала, как оказалось, радости не добавило. Околовокзальный контингент вокруг - удовольствие на любителя)

+: Уютно, тепло. Хорошо спалось. Огромные мягкие полотенца; в номере есть тапочки и халаты, а также весьма приличная косметика для душа и всякие мелочи. Каждый день ставят воду. Завтрак хороший, и даже подают шампанское (не пробовали). -: В номере пыльно. На подносе со стаканами и водой - хороший такой слой пыли, явно давно не протирали. Завтрак однообразный, омлет так 4 дня подряд и был - хотя бы яичницей можно было разнообразить.

+: Очень атмосферная гостиница! Интерьер гостиницы дополняет великолепие Будапешта. Номер уютный, оформлен со вкусом. Отличные завтраки с интересной подачей и, конечно, бокалом Törley; качественные косметические принадлежности. Хорошее месторасположение: рядом магазины, метро, трамвай, в пешей доступности многие достопримечательности. Вне всяких похвал - кровать! Персонал гостиницы доброжелатен, распечатали без проблем билеты, интересовались всё ли в порядке, не нужна ли помощь.
