+: Неплохой завтрак -: Абсолютно не соответствует 4*. Все старое и обшарпанное. Местами грязное. Многое не работает. В ванной сантехника старая, нет вентиляции.

+: Хороший чистый отель, были на новогодние праздники. Парковка вокруг отеля в праздники была бесплатной. В номере чайник и принадлежности (чай, кофе, сахар, сливки). Минибар в номере есть. Достаточно просторно. Удобные кровати. Отель расположен в тихом жилом районе. Добираться без машины было бы проблематично. Завтраки в отеле есть за доп плату, вечером если что на ресепшен есть типа продуктового автомата (пиво, чипсы, бутерброды) + минибар в номере. Чисто. Уборка нормально. -: Единственное что не понравилось - душевая. Поскольку она не отделена от комнаты дверью. Испарения идут в комнату. Других неудобств не обнаружено.
