+: The hotel employees were truly amazing. Could do more for you or be more friendly. The pool areas were unreal. A silent pool, where you could just listen to the ocean (so rare these days and so needed by so many holiday goers), a party pool next to the beach bar and a family pool. The gardens and general surrounds in the pool beach areas were exceptional. The spa was fabulous. I had to make a complaint about the room. The team dealt with it like a dream.
-: Unfortunately, the room was extremely damp. It felt like it might actually be damaging to human health. A guest should not need to point this out to the hotel. It should already be being fixed and absolutely not let out. The room rates were a crazy price and I don’t feel value for the hotel area etc.
