+: Sehr großräumiges Zimmer mit BadewanneJakuzi.Tolle Außenanlage und ruhige Umgebung.

-: Fußläufig wenig bis nichts erreichbar...Taxis sind jedoch sehr preiswert, weshalb es kein großes Problem ist.Weiterhin war die Bettwäsche sehr fleckig, woran man sich erst gewöhnen muss.

+: Die große Gartenanlage mit den Pools war grandios.Genau der richtige Ort um mit einem Kleinkind den langen Flug nach Bali zu verarbeiten.Wir haben eine Nacht verlängert und mussten das Zimmer wechseln. Das zweite Zimmer war viel schöner als das Erste.Die Massagen sind wirklich sagenhaft.Das war Entspannung pur.Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

-: Unser erstes Zimmer. In diesem gab es kein richtiges Fenster.Dadurch wirkte es etwas erdrückend

+: The grounds were fantastic, the pools were stunning and our room was nice, however we did have a pool room and during our 10 days the pool wasn't skimmed and it was pretty dirty by the last couple of days.

-: We felt that the prices were a nusa dua high and while inside the gates was beautiful outside was a different story so your choice is pretty ordinary food in the resort or run the risk of getting conned at the tepinaki place down the road, cross the road to the Chinese place across the road which isn't that easysafe or get a taxi to nusa dua or kuta seminyak. We had dinner in the resort twice and both times were disappointed (pizza wasn't too bad but basic)The really disappointing thing about our stay was the weddings and how they effectively left us unable to enjoy the resort for example from 9am there were people setting up and constantly walking past the pool so we either had to stay in our room or leave. I know at this point over a 10 night stay how many times could this happen I hear you say? 4 days and nights we felt unwelcome and an inconvenience so much so they didn't bother to light mozzie coils so we could enjoy our villa and we were hiding in our bedroom. We couldn't even walk back through the resort to our room. This maybe a bali issue but by the end of our stay we were over getting ripped off by taxi drivers. Even the shuttle from the airport was 175k more than a taxi was on the way back. I did ask for a bluebird taxi at the resort and got a random guy who charged 40% more than bluebird.. These guys need to look after their guests we spent over $2300 on accommodation and at the end felt cheated.. I was all for going back to stay there but next time we will stay at seminyak or nusa dua. Oh one last thing our fridge was left open by housekeeping after they restocked so we couldn't get a cold beer anywhere and had to go shopping for some items we wanted because they were warm by the time we got back .

+: Dans l'ensemble tout c'est bien passé

-: On nous a loué un scooter qui été en mauvais état, le pneu était dégonflé, et eux n'ont pas de stress ne trouve pas cela grave, mette du temps à retrouver un scooter et '' m'oblige'' par la force des choses à en prendre un plus gros et plus cher. Ce n' est pas une question de prix mais de principe !
