+: - **High Floor Room:** I was fortunate to get a room on a high floor, which provided a nice view and a quieter stay away from the street noise.- **Proximity to Gajah Mada Plaza:** The hotel is conveniently located close to the Gajah Mada Plaza shopping mall, making it easy to shop and dine without needing to travel far.- **Comfortable Bed:** As always with Ibis, the mattress was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep.- **Unobtrusive Service:** The service was attentive yet unobtrusive, allowing for a comfortable and relaxing stay.- **Swimming Pool:** The presence of a swimming pool was a nice touch, perfect for a refreshing dip after a day of exploring the city.

-: Deserved two beds was given one. Told they were full unavailable, but saw rooms. Housekeeping just hadn't finished by 5pm. Checking was very slow. 15 minutes from when I provided ID and confirmation number. Pool is dark. No lounge chairs. Not up to basic standard of other ibis hotels. Poor housekeeping standards. Food stains in the wall beside bed.
