+: The staff is incredibly friendly, I've traveled to many countries and this hotel definitely has top-notch people working there.

-: The first room they put me in was covered in roaches and the carpets were filthy. They moved me to a new room which did not have roaches, however the carpets in that room were also filthy. The shower look like it had not had a deep cleaning in years with caked limescale and mold. The towels were so old they were falling apart. I blame the property owner for not properly maintaining the hotel. The hotel could be absolutely beautiful if they were some upkeep and renovations done. The furniture in my room was wobbly as if it were about to collapse. Several times the buttons in the elevator would not work and I would have to switch elevators. I have never been to a hotel or the towels are withering away as much as this place.
