+: Only proximity to my clients office. Nothing else....

-: No seats in foyer to await colleagues or taxi. Room dirty, tired, no toilet paper on arrival, old, tired and best to bulldoze and rebuild....

-: The basic cleanliness as maintenance of the room facilities and hotel facilities is to be improved. If I were to say what is my lowest level of acceptance what an hotel should be, this had challenged my baseline. The first impression I have is that I would rather sleep in the woods that is much comfortable.

+: Excellent Staff and good location for South Jakarta

-: The Room was Old the Bathroom Shower and Taps all needed replacing and leaked.

-: 施設の古さ、冷蔵庫が無い、朝食がビュッフェから急遽変更された。部屋が水漏れで交換していただいた。

-: J'allais régulièrement dans cet hotel il y a une quinzaine d'année. Il était superbe, avec beaucoup de monde, une belle ambiance, différents bars, petit déjeuner buffet etc... c'était il y a 15 ans, et l'hotel a bien changé! les bars ont disparu, l'hotel était 90% vide, le petit dej est minimal, la piscine et la salle de gym en travaux, et surtout, de la poussière partout! Ma première chambre sentait la poussière et était à moitié propre. ,J'ai donc demandé à changer, mais pareil. Les canalisations sont d'un autre age, l'eau coule à peine de la douche etc.. Bref on dirait un hotel à l'abandon... à éviter!
