+: Ubud’da kalmak istiyorsanız konum güzel , fakat sadece Ubud’da kalmamalı..
-: - Özel havuzlu villa tercih etmemize rağmen , havuz çok pis ve temizleniyor , dışardan hortumla su dolduruluyordu bu sebeple kullanamadık ,- Villaların hemen kapı önünde yapay süs havuzları yapılmış ve içi kurbağa dolu , gece kurbağa sesinden çok rahatsız olduk .- Otel çok dik merdivenlerden oluşuyor , inip çıkmak çok zor , üstelik bir sürü kurbağa kertenkele vs arasından ağaç dallarına sürünerek geçiyorsunuz .Bunun normal olduğunu düşünebilirsiniz belki doğa içinde diye .. Fakat otelde kurbağalara zemin hazırlamamak bir çözüm olacaktır , ağaç dallarının merdivene gelen kısımlarını kesmek çözüm olabilir .. ama düşünmemişler .- Çalışanlar yardımsever ve güleryüzlü , fakat çözemedikleri sorunlar maalesef var .

+: This could really be a top location. Is in serious need of renovations. Paint work, lightning etc.
-: The pool really was in a poor condition. Green edges, floating mold. Did not dare to use the pool

+: Staff very nice.Cute dog as well.Great view.Some might find the walk in to town a bit long, not a problem for me.Large room. Huge bathroom! No complaints from me.
-: All good. They could have upsold me another night if offered a small discount?The tukangs re-roofing the villas had covered up a set of stairs with the roofing straw : nearly broke my neck. A person less firm on their feet could have had a really bad accident.

-: In villa Sumatra - A bit run down, things needed fixing, safety deposit box wasn’t working, wardrobes were mouldy inside, uneven floor - tripping hazard. Pool wasn’t inviting- green steps- didn’t go in!
