+: Really new and everything is in great condition. Spacious and comfortable suite. good included buffet breakfast which changed everyday. Great rooftop pool with poolside service.Spa was amazing for massages etc. Staff were very friendly and excellent service.Restaurant had great food!Great location.

-: I paid more for a more expensive suite but was on a lowest floor with a very average view. They were doing construction on the room above me and drilling from 7am two of the mornings I was there.I could also hear people above me moving around the first night.

+: Emplacement excellent pour la plage et les boutiques à Sanur, personnel très serviable, établissement très bien tenu

-: Il faudrait prévoir une shower room pour les clients qui partent tard + musique tôt le matin au restaurant pour le petit dej qui réveille la moitié des chambres du 1 er étage des 6h30.

+: Excellent location and value for money. Breakfast is amazing with great selection. Very clean and staff very friendly and helpful

+: Amazing people, great room and pool. Food downstairs was delicious. Good location, near lots of eateries and the beach. Awesome art. And I recommend the spamassages. Trisna was fantastic.

-: Nothing really to note. The only thing I would have appreciated would be a small gym at the hotel. But that's an extra.

-: Le personel n'a pas voulu commander un Gojek scooter with their téléphone application...ils voulaient absolument que j'utilise taxi....

+: Location is very nearby to culinary and shopping mal, easy access to other areas such as kuta, gianyar, ubud & seminyak. Place very closeby the sanur beach nice to view sunset or sunrise.

+: Sehr modernes, sauberes Hotel fussläufig zum Sanur Beach in 3.4. Zeile nach Luxus-Hotels. Nachts ruhig. Sehr zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal insbesondere im Frühstücksbereich. Pool ist nicht groß, aber zur Abkühlung und zum Chillen absolut ausreichend.

-: At check in there was written on the reservation paper Room No.417 which would have been a room according to my reservation: "Double Studio 30", which was more expensive than just the "Studio" . But then we were given room 301 with the silly excuse "something is wrong with the aircon". This room, 301, was facing the wall of another building and had no balcony. On asking for another room, came the answer, "we are fully booked". If I would not have payed yet, we would have left. The staff was not motivated to do a good job, and this was felt throughout the whole Hotel. They just did their job. A one time experience. Never again!

+: Great Location only a few minutes walk from the beach. Rooftop pool is great and the rooftop bar was also fantastic! Breakfast there was a great selection. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. Greeted with a welcome drink on arrival which was nice. Overall a very nice hotel.

-: The rooms on the 2nd floor are very noisy as the restaurant is directly below and the main road outside can be quite noisy. It can be noisy from 6am. It didn’t stop me from enjoying my stay however next time I would like a room on a higher floor where is can be a bit quieter. There wasn’t any late check out available which was a shame however the hotel let me keep the room until 1pm which was great.
