+: Location is great, right in-front of a few cafes, roadside stalls, shop outlets and Circle K! There is also a laundry nearby and opposite of Lotte Mall Kuningan that is just 8mins walk.You can easily walk to RDTX Tower and RDTX Square hence a great location if you have meetings in this area.Buffet breakfast menu changes everyday, and I stayed for 5 days.

-: Hotel amenities is a bit rundown in terms of toilets and furniture. TV is not smart TV but there is a lot of channels.
