+: 酒店就像一个大庄园，有一个很大的花园。价格便宜，离beachwalk商场很近，离海滩也很近，房间老了一些，但是很干净。酒店的服务人员服务态度很好，非常热情。

+: Great Nasi Goreng for breakfast and nicely maintained outside area. A stroll to the beach within a couple of minutes.

-: 水回りが汚い。この価格帯ならマシかと思いきや、レベルはもっと低いです。ホテルのプールも設備、ロケーション共に使う必要のないレベルでした。部屋もかなり質素。この価格払うならもっと良い宿はいっぱいあります。

+: Very spacious room, strong AC, nice territory, tasty breakfasts (we tried all variants during our stay), location is a brilliant: at the center of life but so quite and calm. Good cleaning service. For surfing with Surf Discovery (it’s a school near the hotel) this variant is the best. Also we had a kettle although we didn’t expect too. They provided beach towels, big and soft.

-: Water smells weird and it was a little bit salty due to these facts we couldn’t wash our staff because all clothes started smelling weird too. We had to re-wash all clothes in Ubud once again. We’d prefer to have one more towel for face and hands.
