+: I would like to sing the praises of the hotel staff for their trustworthiness and helpfulness. I was ill with a dose of Bali Belly the morning I left for home and carelessly left my IWatch in the room. I didn’t notice till I was through to departure gate at the airport. The hotel tracked my watch down and kept it safe for me till a friend picked it up a few weeks later. I honestly the my thought I would never see it again. This hotel is in a great position, have lots of activities for the kids, and adults, and I would definitely return. The staff are lovely and friendly. The rooms very clean and comfortable - loved my stay.

+: We liked the room size, was pretty good for a family of 5, pool slides and lunch food options were good. Kids activities were fun. Staff were all lovely, and nannies great with the kids.
-: We didnt like the size or depth of the pool, The place felt to enclosedcrowded without being able to see a beach. Would probably look at a cheaper option next time as the kids really just need a pool and we stayed at another resort that kept them occupied enough without the big $$ expense.
