+: They didn’t return the deposit for my account, i feel they stole my money!!!!
-: I don’t recommend it,they need to be more professional and honest, I didn’t get back the bonds and the lady in the checkout said I canceled the hold for the bonds but it been more than 9 days and till now didn’t receive my money. #Dont_go_there

+: Great beach, views and swimming pools. Generally I was disappointed with the hotel, I expected better out of InterContinental.
-: Breakfast was very disappointing especially after staying in IGH in Seminyak. I had insects in bed and even if I raised this with the staff no one reacted.Prices in the resort were ridiculous. AC is connected with balcony door, room was very cold and I had no way to fix it well, because each time you open balcony door, AC turns on.
