The bungalows are always in good condition, as are the appartments. The services provided are also great. This hotel is always my favourite, I feel safe, I meet new friends and Norman is a great host. Looking forward to my next trip. X

-: La plus mauvaise chambre durant mon séjour en Indonésie !!! Salle de bain lamentable, chambre très limite, papier décollé, moustiquaire et sol taché, l'état général lamentable!!Impossible de prendre un petit-déjeuner avant 7h30, très sympa quand j'étais en départ le samedi matin tôt!! Juste un employé de la sécurité jusqu'à 7h30, j'ai dû patienter pour faire mon check out car pas de réceptionniste avant 8h30!!! pour un info je suis manager dans l'hôtellerie. Votre référencement est à revoir!!!Est il possible de vous joindre d'avantages photos??

+: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Garden and pool were amazing and a good general vibe. Location is right next to the main clubs and restaurants, but still quiet during the night.
-: Bathrooms need some improvements. Some rooms just look a bit old.
