+: We stayed at Villa 2- villa was huge (2 bedrooms, each with dressing and bathroom + family room + kitchen + dinning + living room)- private pool was amazing- surroundings were great - felt like we were in a botanical garden- breakfast in the morning is huge- private butler was a great plus - they were very attentive to our needs, always ready to help with a smile. They brought breakfast at the villa at our request, which was super convenient.- restaurant is pretty good, with a good mix of local and international food- staff overall were super friendly and nice- good restaurants are 7-10 mins walk, but it’s a nice walk through a park- 247 security made us feel safe
-: - the villa needed some repairs, if felt a bit old, with wallpaper peeling off here and there- for breakfast, albeit huge, you had to choose between some options (American, international or Indonesian) and there were also options for each (bread and butter or pancakes? ) - it was confusing and difficult each morning. Not to mention you only get one coffee per person. A buffet would have been much better and easier- beach is about 7 mins walk, but the road there is not really clean, comparing to the rest. Also, due to tides, you could not swim properly in the sea, the current was too strong. We had to move 15 mins away to find a proper swimming spot. Of course, no sun beds available, you have to pay for them, always in cash

+: The location is good and the villa of of course .
-: Kindly don’t come here because they will not serve you food in a properly manner . You have to remain hungry even if you pay for the breakfast while booking . They will simply say no to extra tea coffee of may be anything . I have never seen such a behaviour in such 5 star property . Otherwise the stay is good . Kindly check before you checking here . My family will never visit this place again .
