+: Quiet getaway near Singapore. A private beach.

-: The limited choices at restaurants. They are overpriced especially the cove. Our villa, pool and day beds were covered with attap leaves after a heavy rain.

-: Price value mix is not great i felt; too expensive. But had a great time.

+: I love the view of the property overseeing the ocean. Weekdays are exceptional low guests traffic. Had whole pool to us most of the time. The staff are all super friendly especially those working at the treetop restaurants & offer buggy rides.

-: The equipment maintenance, tv broke down most of the time. Some sudden power trips.

+: Absolut traumhafte Anlage, in die Natur eingebettete Villen mit viel Privatsphäre, schöne Pools mit Liegen und Schirmen, auch der Strand hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Durchwegs hohes Service-Niveau und vor allem überaus freundliche, diskrete und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen, Trinkwasser ist im Zimmer und am Pool verfügbar, es gibt auch Insektenschutzmittel. Wenn man nicht laufen möchte, wird man mit dem Buggy gefahren und die Rezeption ist gerne behilflich bei der Buchung von Ausflügen, Taxi, etc. Der Transfer vonzur Fähre ist kostenpflichtig, aber super organisiert.

-: Die Ausstattung ist gut gepflegt aber wirkt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Preisniveau in den Restaurants ist teilweise gehoben, insbesondere für alkoholische Getränke.

-: the standard of food quality was not brilliant but at the same time expensive we did give feedback but there wasn t really much ownership of our feedback the staff are very polite though

+: The ocean view from our room, the restaurants and spa facilities are fabulous. Staff are very friendly. Excellent service standard.
