The Bidadari Resort Villas & Spa Umalas is located amidst a tropical garden in the Umalas area, near the Canggu district. The villas have a private pavilion and a swimming pool. +: Виллы красивые и комфортные, персонал вежливый. Меню на завтраках обновлялось каждый день. При наличии средства передвижения отель находится в близости к Чангу и его развлечениям. -: Водитель не встретил нас в аэропорту. Служба бронирования невнимательно отнеслась к вопросам при бронировании, в итоге ситуация с ранним заездом могла бы разрешится за месяц до бронирования, но стала проблемой при заселении и ожиданием в аэропорту более чем в час.

+: Очень дружелюбный, заботливый , участливый и отзывчивый персонал. Достаточно обособлено. Высокий забор между виллами, но слышимость хорошая. Свой бассейн на каждой вилле. Небольшой сад. На территории виллы много тени от растений . Мини-бар (платный). Вода одна бутылка на человека( 0,5 )каждый день бесплатно. Утюг по запросу, но без гладильной доски. Средства от комаров и москитов бесплатно. -: Отелю 10 лет . Уже потрёпанная мебель, полотенца старенькие , серенькие и с неотстирывающимся пятнами. Очень скудные однообразные завтраки. А если ещё и заезд китайцев или индусов, то вообще пустые тарелки шведского стола, и мало свободных мест в столовке. ( и да, завтрак по меню отменили, теперь шведский стол) . На кухне нет ножа. Но есть моющие средства, губка, салфетки. Шкаф для одежды в ванне . Унитаз засоряется каждый день, и вообще очень специфический . С ним надо аккуратнее. Ну и ,конечно, очень далеко , в глуши . +: Персонал работает отлично, приветливы, готовы помочь. Молодцы. -: Виллы очень ветхие, нуждаются в ремонте, сантехнику всю надо давно менять. Облупливаются стены. В целом вид совсем не свежий. Жить можно, но своих денег не стоит объективно.

+: Полная уединенность и изоляция. Ежедневно приносили бесплатно воду и тк мы не ходили на завтраки, а они были включены, то менеджер распорядилась приносить нам каждый день нарезанные фрукта в качестве комплимента. -: Постоянный ремонт водопровода, неудобное расположение кондиционера над кроватью, постоянно болело горло, а с выключенным спать тоже было невозможно. Также помимо ремонт номеров посоветовала бы им обновить постельное белье и шторы, особенно москитную сетку над кроватью.
