+: Kamar cukup nyaman. Staff Ramah, helpfull, dan melakukan pekerjaannya dengan sangat Baik

-: Sarapan tidak mempresentasikan biaya penginapan, lorong kamar yg harus direnovasi (karpet sudah sobek2, basah dan kotor), Hanya 1 orang di meja resepsionis sehingga antri lama.

+: I love tasty breakfast and all the menu of food. I love the room.

-: Please more attention for cleaning, the staff not fast to respon what the guest needs. The staff answer yes, but the guest should wait more longer to get their room clean. One more, please say soto ayam at the menu, not soto madura, cause it could be misunderstanding for foreigner.
