Each villa is washed in neutral colors. It has a separate living area and a fully equipped kitchen. Amenities include a flat-screen cable TV and an iPod docking station. Every private bathroom is equipped with a sunken bathtub and shower facilities.
Guests can have a relaxing massage at the spa, or enjoy a barbecue by the pool. The hotel has a tour desk can assist with travel arrangements. Butler service is provided.

+: We were moved from this property to BVilla spa. So we went to Bvilla spa and it def was not a great villa. We had paid in full we left within an hour We have been told no refund . We had chosen Bvilla seaside We did not like Bvilla spa. We would like a refund and we need booking.com to help us

-: we arrived to a villa that wasn’t booked. the property had lost its previous contract and then neglected to tell us we had moved to a new location, even after I asked for confirmation of the Villa we were staying in. Upon arrival we were greeted with a VERY run down villa + dirty pool, poor air conditioning, poor wifi, uncomfortable furniture, broken decking, chipped paint, mould build up, broken tiles - the list goes on. after two days we were told the pool would be cleaned, which was a relief but why not do that before we arrived. then advised the water would be turned off for several hours and we couldn’t use the facilities. overall it was very disappointing. thankfully the staff were lovely. but the villas need ALOT of work to meet the standard of the costs to stay. sadly I didn’t booked a refundable fare. if I did I wouldve asked for a refund and relocated immediately

+: the location is good for those who wants to visit bar and club everyday, Villa located at the center of seminyak (bar, club - mexicola just located accross the villa). However, Villa’s construction material is so poor (no soundproof) so we can hear all of those noisy sounds (even sound of people talking in the street!) from our room. After long day activity in Bali, of course we want to sleep, yet it was so difficult due to those sounds.
-: Villa’s construction material, the roof of the villa is made of straw and there are several holes that have not been repaired, when it rains the water leaks so there are puddles on the terrace, the toilet’s cover also dislodged - it makes the bathroom looks untidy.

-: The bathroom was not clean and there was a constant bad smell. There water pressure was terrible. The breakfast gave me food poisoning. The pillows and the linnen had a bad smell.
