+: Wij hadden de pool villa. Wat een heerlijke luxe! De pool villa's liggen heerlijk rustig en er wordt 's middags een afternoon tea met lekkere hapjes gebracht! De eerste avond klopte er nog een vriendelijke dame op de deur en die bracht ons een welkomst kokosnoot. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Fijn en rustig resort met een pracht uitzicht over de zee. Goede spa met prachtig uitzicht.
-: Spaprijzen zijn heel hoog en de restaurant prijzen op het resort zijn ook vrij hoog. Wij gingen elke dag bij een warung eten buiten het resort omdat we dat het lekkerst vinden en het de lokale families gunnen.

+: Quietness! Beautiful pools. King suite with sea view amazing. Pizza at Italian restaurant. Sunrise yoga.
-: Staff not interested in you. Obviously used to all-in German clients. Without any activities it may become quite boring. We stayed three days and we could not snorkel any of them - bad advise of staff at the pools.

-: The Balinese dinner & dance performance at Biru - there was no babi guling left only half hour from start of dinner service which was very disappointing, given it was the main reason for attending. There was not enough food or staff in mains section and the long wait for the chef to cook and serve more food made it inefficient.
