-: Old Hotels, new management no different from old management

+: Century park hotel recently got taken over by Artotel. Was rather old when I visited, might get better if Artotel is planning to renovate. Location was great for my purposes, about an hour away from Airport. Malls within walking distance

-: Rooms were old, floorboards broken and there was some construction noise coming from the floor above us.

+: The location is undoubtedly in the center of Jakarta nearby Jakarta’s iconic landmarks and accessible to many public transports including Transjakarta Bus and MRT

-: Bantal bau asap rokok,sabun mandi dan shampo kosonghabis,minta di isi ulang lama baru di isi itu pun cuma sabun yg di isi,alasan mas nya tadi telp nya cuma minta sabun,di suruh telp lg minta shampo agak ribet juga ya,biasa nya hotel sabun n shampo selalu ready baru sekali ini ngalamin kaya gini

-: Artotel is the new management of this hotel, which was the Atlet Century. I have stayed at Atlet around 10 times in the last 10 years. This new Artotel management needs a lot of improvement. The building is run down. The rooms are old, yet they said they have “renovated”. Perhaps it’s just the signage they renovated. Some plugs in the rooms don’t even work. The staff needs more training. My friends and I would usually chill at the pool, and would have a few beers. In the past, this wasn’t an issue. This year, a manager asked that we must pay corkage or buy from them. We have no issue buying from them. But when we tried, it took them 30 mins to bring us a beer, despite having a bar next to the pool. For whatever, they wouldn’t open that bar despite having 3 people manning it at all time. (This wasn’t at issue when it was Atlet)Similar thing happened to room service. A burger that was supposed to be arriving in 20mins came after 50mins of waiting and eventual chasing. This management has a lot of areas to improve
