+: Beautiful hotel and very modern. We stayed here as a couple of friends celebrating a birthday. We loved our room, especially the dual sinks and vanity. Perfect for girls getting dressed up for a night out.Location, location, location. Love the sunsets, beach bars and restaurants. Can fully recommend the Plantation restaurant here. Absolutely sensational. Was perfect.
-: My friend had her birthday present stolen out of the room which was a pair of earrings. We’d left our valuables in the safe but left this one box out. Not particularly expensive, but still sentimental. The staff were great at looking into the theft and did all they could, but still, very disappointed that this happened here. I understand this can happen anywhere. It just affected our stay.

+: The staff are the key. They are exceptional in every aspect from checking in to the pool guys. The food in each restaurant is amazing and supported by the staff as well. We cannot recommend the double 6 any higher. Out of 10? We give it a 12.

-: Strong mould smell evident to the room I initially was allocated. Requested change of rooms, staff were accommodating. Second room still had a slight smell in the wardrobes but far better than initial room.
