+: Die Lage am Dream Beach und in der Nähe der Devils Tears ist sehr schön.

-: Nach der Buchung wurde uns vermeintlich vom Hotel die Organisation der An- und Abreise angeboten - Kontakt bestand über Booking über den Hotelaccount. Nach einer schrecklichen Anreise (mehrere Stunden Verspätung des Bootes, überbuchtes Boot ohne Sitzplätze bei einer Fahrtzeit von 2 12 Std., erhebliche Sicherheitsrisiken etc.) stellte sich während des Check-ins heraus, dass der Hotelaccount an einen Drittanbieter weitergegeben wurde und die Anreise nicht über das Hotel organisiert wurde. Hilfe wollte das Hotel nicht leisten - willkommen gefühlt haben wir uns so von dem ersten Moment an nicht. Die Kosten für die Anreise haben wir nicht gezahlt. Auch während der folgenden Tage wurde mehrfach versucht, uns über den Tisch zu ziehen, indem Leistungen, die vorher günstiger angeboten wurden, plötzlich teurer sein sollten. Auch bei Begleichung der Hotelrechnung sollte bei Kartenzahlung laut Hotel eine extra Gebühr anfallen, welche bei der Kostenaufstellung seitens Booking nicht ersichtlich war. Jeweils auf die Unstimmigkeiten angesprochen, wurden die Preise einfach nach unten angepasst. Es entsteht so der Eindruck, dass gerne und viel in die eigene Tasche gewirtschaftet wird.Nach drei Wochen Aufenthalt in verschiedenen Unterkünften in Indonesien haben wir die Unterkunft als dreckig, das Essen als zu teuer und beliebig und das Personal als unfreundlich empfunden. Die angegebene Zimmerausstattung stimmt nicht mit der Realität überein, ebenso wenig die Fotos.

-: Unfortunately I was travelling in a group of 11, and our huts were scattered over the accommodation, and we were travelling with my mother who has bad knees; our huts were down a number of stairs and not close to the poolrestaurant. But this could not be changed, no fault of the property

+: Staff were wonderful, had a small problem with the lock on our door and it was fixed within 5 minutes, waiting staff could not do enough for you, lovely location

+: Lovely hotel in a private location away from the hustle and bustle of scooters.We stayed in an oceanview bungalow. The bed was very comfortable. The front porch was cool and relaxing. The many pools were lovely and clean.Breakfast was enjoyable and simple. They have scooter hire at the hotel which is great!

-: The outdoor shower design is very cute but it sprays water all over the bathroom area which is unfortunate as it would be good to be able to leave toiletries in the bathroom and not worry about them getting wet. This did not worry us, but some customers might find it inconvenient.On a busy day it is very hard to find a seat by the pool as the many “day visitors” have taken them all. Would be good if they were limited so paying guests could always find a space by the pool. There is another pool upstairs, but there didn’t appear to be any bar service or staff up there. We appreciate the income aspect of day visitors, a balance of the two is always a good idea.

-: Das Frühstück war sehr schlecht und sehr monoton. Personal war viel zu locker und nicht sehr Kundenorientiert.

+: Fantastische ligging, bovenop de rotsen met uitzicht en toegang tot Dreambeach. Daarnaast ook hele fijne kamers met een mooie buiten badkamer. En een goed restaurant met vriendelijk personeel. Kan niet beter!

-: Only 5 minutes of hot water each day. No water bottles supplied. No bedside tables to put a drink on or storage to put clothes or suitcases. Outside bathroom not ideal at night time or when it’s raining, and very no-frills. Dodgy security on front door. Rooms not soundproof so woke early each day. No lactose free milk options available at restaurant
