+: The facilities, the staff, the location, the breakfast buffet, the swimming pool and the 200k Rp credit allocated to each room per night to use within the hotel.

-: Our rooms were in the pool side; facing the games by the pool. The basketball game is so noisy when kids are playing bumping the ball on the ground, you cannot sleep or take rest. I had to go out and asknthe kid to stop playing soni can get some rest. This game should be removed, ping pong and badminton are very OK, but basketball needs to be removed.

+: The rooms were clean, breakfast was delicious with a lot of options. Location was very good. Staff were very helpful and kind. overall a good stay.

-: The rooms could have been bigger. The swimming pool was under maintenance (in the evening) on all the days of our stay. As the only time we had for the pool was in the evening, we did not have a chance to use it.

+: The staff were super friendly and always went above and beyond! The location was good but most importantly, there were no bugs in our room! We were gutted to leave and wished we stayed longer! I can't recommend it enough!

-: عند الدخول طلب الفندق دفع الملبغ رغم انه تم دفع المبلغ بالكامل خدمة الغرف كانت متعبه عند التنظيف تم ازالة اللحاف وعند الطلب تاخر ما يقارب ساعه لاحظار اخر
