+: The villa is spotless clean, it is paradise itself. Very private yet in the center of the most happening area of the village.

+: Personal encantador,la villa está muy bien, cerca de la zona de embarque (200m), tienes bicicletas gratis, a tu disposición., no es la mejor ubicación, pero esta en general muy bien.

-: Por decir algo a mejorar, tener que ir a desayunar a un restaurante a unos 400m. El desayuno correcto.

+: Gili Villas was absolutely fantastic. The staff were so lovely and friendly. They were more than happy to share tips about the island and no ask was too much. They organized a day trip on a boat and also our laundry. I cannot recommend highly enough. The cleanliness and the villa was just perfect. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful. We will be back!

+: Super Lage, in der Nähe des Hafens. Unterkunft kann fußläufig innerhalb von ca 10min erreicht werden. Das Bett war gemütlich und die Dusche gut.

-: Wir hatten leider eine große Kakerlake im Zimmer, die Nachts in unser Bett gekrabbelt ist. Nach den anderen Rezessionen zu beurteilen, ist dies offensichtlich kein Einzelfall. Direkt an der Villa, zum Pool hin befinden sich auch die Elektroinstallationen. Ob es sich hierbei um die Klimaanlage oder ggf. die Poolpumpe handelt, konnten wir nicht mit Sicherheit sagen. Jedenfalls machte diese Anlage sehr viel Lärm, so dass auch kurzes entspanntes Liegen am Pool nicht möglich war. Der Pool war auch nicht wirklich sauber, sodass wir diesen nicht genutzt haben. Wir haben uns auch an der Rezeption bzgl. eines Schnorchelausflugs informiert. Angeboten wurde uns ein völlig überteuerter Trip. Glücklicherweise haben wir uns am Hafen nochmals erkundigt. Die Preise dort betrugen nur einen Bruchteil. Es befinden sich in jeder Villa 4 Fahrräder. Diese werden jedoch nur gegen Bezahlung angeboten und kosten genauso viel wie außerhalb.

+: Beautiful and a lot of space!

-: I liked everything, it was 2min from the beach.

+: Beautiful large private compound with 2 separate bedrooms with great air conditioning ,, beautiful large pool with sun all day ,, beautiful outdoor living area and kitchen, amazing staff that were always available to help us out with anything we needed ….. up one of the quite alleyways about 100m from the harbour and beach ,, very quiet location with no noise from the beach bars …. We loved our stay Gili Villas ..

-: It’s with a lot of bitterness that I leave this comment. Warning!!! Pool Chlorine concentration was above regulation 4 (orange) ideal concentration is 1. PH was way below regulation 4, ideal concentration is 7.6. Straight after checking in we jumped in the pool and saw little stone in the pool, We thought it was some design as they were too many but After swimming in the pool, my face skin started to be irritated, and my hair got really bad instantly, sticky, dry impossible to brush. As my 2 sisters and my mum finished showering they realised the same issue, got really stressed. They couldn’t even pass their hand in their hair and started crying. I immediately called Rahma the property concierge, I explained to her the situation and asked her to send the pool concierge, as at this stage it was obvious, the chlorine and the PH were completely out of control. When The concierge pool saw the chlorine, he was completely shocked by the amount of chlore (little white stone) and immediately told us that it was unnecessary to test the pool as there are way too many chlore. I still asked him to test the pool. The results were extremely out of regulations, see photos. We went to a hairdresser and he mentioned that the chlorine has sucked all the natural oil of our skin and hair, he told us to avoid pool and sea for few months and appropriate skin and hair care need to be done. Despite these challenges, I understand that unforeseen situations can arise. I have contacted the landlord for possible compensation or assistance to remedy the situation, but at this stage I haven't heard from her. I would find only fair if my family and I could get compensate with a proper appointment to a hairdresser and skincare. I am not here to take anyone money just try to find a fair and honest agreement. What was supposed to be great holidays end up being a nightmare, Neither Booking neither the landlord can assist us with the situation which I find outrageous.

+: Space, location, pool size

-: In the middle of our first night, guests from another villa got access to our villa, unfortunately their key opens door to the outside area of our villa, not very good security, very scary to wake up in the middle of the night with strangers in our villa. Lucy the manager was great at sorting this out. Safe had no batteries.
