-: La struttura è tra il fatiscenteabbandonato e la ristrutturazione, la piscina inutilizzabile e nonostante abbia sentito la struttura nei giorni precedenti al mio arrivo non sono stata informata di questa cosa, ovviamente avrei cambiato albergo se l'avessi saputo,c'erano operai che dormivano sui divanetti nei corridoio, ero l'unica cliente. In pratica una truffa

-: The pool area has rotten and broken wood, it was breaking as we were walking on it.Room extremely dirty and disgusting.Several cockroaches come up the bathroom drains. Food was not a hygienic look.

-: Mould on walls, rusty fittings in toilet, damage ceiling ,hole in basin , smell of mould in room ,dirty bedsheets ,damaged shelving ,smell of faeces and sewage, plug sockets not working. No food available in evening,breakfast rubbish ,cobwebs around room ,dirty walls, swimming pool dirty whole building in disrepair would not recommend at all

-: Extremely disappointing stay, the hotel had no warm shower, there was a smell when the water was turned on, the flush of the toilet was not working properly, the bath tub was filthy and not well cleaned, breakfast was basic, facilities was not well maintained, swimming pool was dirty like it was not cleaned

+: Proximity to Lombok service
-: Air conditioning in first room I was given didn’t work, so I asked for a different room. The air conditioning in the second room was really loud and made it difficult to sleep. The faucets were dirty, there were insufficient electrical plugs in the room (1), which meant you could either charge your phone or have the bedside light on. There was no place for the bar fridge to be plugged in. It was rundown and needed some rejuvenation l thought. Though it was supposedly 24hr reception, I called down at one point and didn’t get an answer.
