+: My room was good during my stay for 4 days. The location was okay and nearby to my business program. The food was nice and varied. The staff was very polite with nice greetings and helpful during our stay. Thumbs up to all the staff fro their dedication of work.

-: However, the other 2 rooms of my colleague's stay had a problem with the air-conditioning. They had to switch rooms twice during their stay. Hotel management should check before customers check-in.
