+: Room is clean and friendly staff. Myself and kids enjoy the swimming pool. We never expect it was so fun.

-: The pillow can be improve. Maybe have some firm medium and soft selection.

+: 地點就在庫塔海灘對面且附近很多餐廳，room service 很棒，泳池沙灘很棒，不用出去小孩就可以玩沙跟玩水

-: 三歲以下遊戲區太少，kids club 滿四歲才能進入，整個飯店太擁擠，人太多，浴缸水排的很慢，被頭髮堵住，早餐杯子不是很乾淨，早餐種類不多

+: Staff were nice and pool great for kids

-: The mould in the rooms was horrible with the worst smell ever. Even in the hallway seen someone painting over mould !!!

-: There was no ramp down to the pool by the slides for a pram

+: Tout d’abord le personnel qui est adorable aussi bien les serveurs qu’a la piscine que les hommes de menage etc… incroyablement disponible serviable et souriant.La piscine est vraiment super egalement avec une température parfaite Les chambres sont super confortablesLa deco est géniale L’emplacement de l’hotel est parfait Le petit dej est tres complet

-: Le principal defaut de cet hotel sont les clients qui y viennent majoritairement des australiens 90% de la clientèle. Des australiens bruyants, sans grande éducation avec bon nombre de gaspillage au petit dej. Ils sont ici chez eux et malheureusement ne mo tre pas leur meilleur image.Par ailleurs les repas du sours gagnerait a etre moins cher compte tenu des restaurants exterieur. C’est tres cher pour ce que c’est pour le soir

-: The room we were allocated looked out over a motor bike area for the workers and a concrete wall. Is it possible that when you book through one of the websites such as yours that room allocation suffers.

+: The swim pool and slides were the highlights

-: The breakfast but the staff immediately track me down and asked for improvements. Rose one of the server whipped up a dish after I highlighted that the breakfast lacked greens (non-salad greens). It was delightful to know the hotel took each feedback seriously. Good job for the training and the respect given to each feedback. They turned the experience around with such immediate and attentive recovery.

-: The whole property is damp! Looked at 5 different rooms and all had damp. I suffer with asthma so not recommend.
