+: During my recent stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Jakarta - Diponegoro from June 10 to June 12, I had the pleasure of experiencing not only a great stay but also excellent hospitality and delightful dining at the hotel's ground floor restaurant. The check-in experience was smooth and welcoming, thanks to the receptionist, whose name I sadly forgot. At the restaurant, Ibe epitomized warmth and attentiveness, noticing my hesitation at the bread section and immediately offering assistance. Agus quickly addressed my initial discomfort at the entrance by welcoming me warmly and ensuring my coffee preference was met. Nova and Malfa were incredibly responsive, quick, and polite, making the dining experience efficient and pleasant. Daniel at the egg station ensured each guest was satisfied, showcasing his dedication and skill. Abi's cheerful attitude and professional service further enhanced the enjoyable atmosphere. Natashia warmly greeted me on my first night, ensuring a pleasant dinner after a long day of travel. Overall, the exceptional service from both the reception and restaurant staff made my stay memorable and enjoyable.

-: A minor issue arose regarding a nurse service charge, which I was not informed about in advance. Despite this, Malik handled the situation professionally, and I suggested to Dilla and Ihsan that guests be informed of any non-complimentary services upfront. Overall, the exceptional service from the restaurant staff made my stay memorable and enjoyable.
