+: We had to stay at the hotel for two nights as our BA flight was cancelled so the location was perfect for the airport when we eventually got a flight. The pool area was lovely, massage available, reception friendly and helpful as we had a suitcase delivered there, we only has a few snacks and drinks but all very nice, we left the hotel a few times to go into Kuta which was very busy, but the taxi was cheap.

+: It's very convenient to the airport. The staff are friendly and there is a restaurant barwhere you can sit out in the garden.
-: The bed was hard. The windows were painted over. My king room was given to another guest before my arrival, so I was told that I was given an upgrade. The 'upgrade' was quite possibly the worst room in the hotel. No view of anything and felt claustrophobic due to the painted windows. I thought it was disrespectful to give the room I'd booked to another guest. I'll never stay again.
