+: هذه ثالث زيارة للفندق وليست الأخيرة ان شاء الله بسبب وجوده في منطقة حيوية.

+: Clean and comfy beds. Location was just right for me. Very nice and helpful staff. Good option for a business trip.

-: Breakfast was OK but do not expect a lot. Given the hot weather sometimes fruits were not OK. The only minor problem is the car parking in front of the hotel. Sometimes it is so packed that you can hardly pass through them to enterexit the hotel. Priority should be the pedestrian, not cars. See the photo. I hope management can at least spare a no-car area for people.

+: I really like the location, it is pretty central to where I would like to go walking distances, such as Grand Indonesia mall or the mall in that area, Sarinah, the money changer, street vendors. Breakfast is included and the staff are very friendly and helpful which is the best part. Most of the hot food that supposed to stay warm, weren't warm at all, so I have to ask one of the staff to warm it again. Other than that, there were plenty of options for guests to eat. My room is acceptable but my comforter had 2 brown spots that I had to have housekeeping change the whole bed set. The staff or the housekeeping were at my door pretty quickly and changed my bed set really fast. That was at around 11 pm.

-: In the middle of my stay, there were leakage in one of their water pipe. So I was not able to use the shower nor the sink for that half day because there were brown water. The wi-fi was really slow, I was not able to do my business meetings and dealings that require faster wifi connections

+: 洗面所のシンクの水はけがとても悪く、翌日仕事が終わってホテルに帰ったら荷物を置いてから、フロントで修理を依頼しようとしたが、掃除のスタッフが気づいて対処してくれたのか全く問題なく水はけが良くなっていた。 スタッフのきめ細やかな配慮に感心した。

-: シーツや枕カバー等毎日清潔を保ってくれていたが、枕自体が加齢臭のようなにおいを発していた。 今回は毎日忙しく夜遅かったので交換の依頼はしなかったが、部屋に入った時点でにおいを感じていたので他のお客様の為にも改善してほしい。
