+: Staff were do helpful. I was unable to fly home due to getting sick, so booked last minute. When I explained to the staff that I wasn't feeling great, they upgraded me to a suite and made sure I had an airport transfer when I was able to rebook my flight. I was also offered a complimentary drink and a discounted meal.
-: The initial price was more expensive than I would have liked but with all the upgrades and great service, in the end it felt worth it.

+: Excellent location. Great staff courteous and respectful. Clean and green great views with beach connected to property.
-: Would have liked more Indian vegetarian food options and also would have been better if we had access to rooms from the corridor outside. Even though rooms were next to each other the corridor was blocked and not allowed to move across. Parents and kids had to go down the stairs and up again to visit other room. There were tiny lizards in side and outside room. Some of them got into our shoes and clothing cupboards.
