-: The room was not clean, dusty. The bed hygiene was disaster. I found hair in the salmon plate breakfast.

+: The room was magnificent. It was huge and the bathroom had two sinks. It was perfect for getting ready for a wedding. The view from the room was great.

+: Excellent facilities. Magnificent rooftop pool and bar. Great buffet breakfast. Great celebration of the hotel's history with photos on the walls on the ground floor.

+: The hotel facilities are great. The proximity and access to the mall was very useful. The staff were very helpful.

-: We initially got put into a room that smelt like cigarette smoke, even though we were told it was a non smoking room. They quickly moved us to a different (and better) room after we complained.It's very expensive but is nice for a treat.
