+: Lovely pool and gardens. Room was comfortable and breakfast was fine. Staff were lovely and always wanting to help.
-: Bathroom in the standard room needs some work. Tiling is poor and could do with a good clean.

+: We loved the location, the gardens and the pool area. The rooms are comfortable and although the bathroom could use a renovation, it has everything you need.
-: We love this hotel but there could be some improvements to make it excellent. The main one is the cleanliness in the rooms: there were stains on the walls that could easily be washed off, the sheets and pillowcases weren’t very clean, corners in the rooms with dust etc. We noticed the staff only have time to do a surface clean when servicing the rooms. I recommend the owners invest in more staff or maybe paying the staff a higher rate, as some of them didn’t seem very happy or have time to do everything they need and that is reflected in the service. Because this hotel is in a beautiful location and has a lovely vibe and it could easily be excellent. We will be back but we hope it continues to improve.

-: Het ontbijt ! De kamer was vuil en gedateerd. Het bad was smerig en er hing een douche gordijn. De handspoeier kon niet omlaag dus je kon niet douchen.
