With a 24-hour bar and 24-hour room service, Ibis Bali Kuta provides a modern beach escape complete with a fitness center and free Wi-Fi. Shuttle services to Kuta Beach and Ngurah Rai International Airport can be arranged for an extra fee. On-site parking is free.
The contemporary air-conditioned guest rooms all come equipped with a flat-screen TV, personal safe and tea/coffee making facilities. Private bathrooms have a shower and free toiletries.
Ibis Bali Kuta is a 10-minute drive from the Kuta Night Market, Discovery Shopping Mall and nightlife options at Legian. Water sports activities and seafood restaurants at Jimbaran are a 20-minute drive away.

+: The breakfast was by far the best we have had in Bali. As a Westerner that loves Indo food, the breakfast was considerably an Indo breakfast (eggs any style were available if you wanted them) and very well done with lots of variety.
-: The AC in the room was very noisy. The bathroom is very squishy. The curtains are falling apart.

+: Close to airport is the only redeeming quality of this hotel.
-: The room smelt of mould, the bathroom is horrible. The price was a rip off. The beds are uncomfortable. I only booked this for a few hours as a transit hotel and regretted it as soon as I opened the door of the room. Will never book another ibis hotel again. There is another hotel a block away that is half the price and actually a nicer hotel, do not book this Ibis hotel even just for a short transit.

-: Unfortunately, the room had a dense smell of cigarettes. The air conditioner was only making the smell works as it was circulating the same air- by switching it off, we had to stay over night in 29 degrees Celsius, hence didn’t get to have a proper sleep. The toilet was not properly sanitized and so it also smelled you can guess how. The cleanliness of the room was passable, but that’s just it. Water from the boiler was not fresh, we had to take the bottled one which imposed additional charges. Definitely not expected and I we were not in shape to argue about it. Interestingly, I didn’t receive the payment confirmation when checking out and cover the water costs by cash - not a big deal for me personally, but..

-: The room was nothing like expected. Drain didn't work. Water remained while I showered. Slip hazard when I used the toilet. No complementary water left. Room didn't feel tidy.
