-: No hot water, no working fridge, aircon needs replacing, shower drain blocking, linen very old and used, bed lights not working. Breakfast basic and seemed to be staffed by trainees with limited English. Breakfast tables not cleaned.

-: バリ島のホテルは5つ星じゃない限り ほとんどのホテル自体古く老朽化してるのは承知の上で 清潔であればいいのですが 皆さんがメンションしてるように まずはタオルと枕は新調してほしいちょっと使うのに抵抗ありました

+: Great location close to everything and right on the beach. We were given 2 adjoining rooms and one had a balcony. Wish we had have been given garden rooms.
